So The Fault in Our Stars did not help my post Sherlock depression.
However I am very glad that I read it. Wait, are you kidding me. There is no way I could put it down. No one could even pry it out of my hands. So of course I’m glad I read it!
John Green is a wonderful author and the stories he comes up with are beautiful. You become so attach to every character and feel their struggle, pain, happiness, anger…etc. I can’t even tell you how many times I had to stop reading just to catch a breath.
This book has become my favorite with Looking for Alaska trailing right behind. Anyone reading this should buy The Fault in Our Stars and read it. I mean it more than just to bold that sentence.If my Photoshop skills were not lacking I would make some amazing gif to catch your attention.The story is outstanding, I have never read something so brilliant. You become so involved with the story that you cannot put the book down. Your emotions get the best of you and there are times were you cry, and when I mean cry….sob. Also there are times where you pause between a sentence or a paragraph or even a word and then having to take a break to really think about what you read. Maybe that’s why I also enjoy John Green’s style of writing. He is such a smart man and his quotes really make you cogitate.At last I leave this post with the same favor….I recommend you all to read The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. I know you will love it. Now I shall grab more tissues, snuggle with my blankets, cuddle with my book, and think about what Sherlock and this book has done to me. I love them both.
